My academic journey includes a Master's degree in Business from Tulane University's Freeman School of Business, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the intricacies of the corporate landscape. Tammy brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in strategic human resources and communications across highly complex, multi-state, and national organizations.
She has held senior leadership roles with Performance Food Group, Mercer, The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, EAB, and Feed More — organizations known for scale, regulatory complexity, rapid growth, and operational rigor. In each environment, Tammy elevated HR from a support function to a true strategic business partner, embedding people strategy into the core of enterprise decision-making.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University.
